Codingrow B2bFatturazione is a software module for Magento 2 (management of VAT number, SDI recipient code, PEC and Fiscal Code in the address book and checkout). The purchase includes a usage license for a single Magento domain, as described on the homepage, and future updates to the module for the duration of the license.
The price is shown on the homepage (currently €99, one-time payment, VAT included where applicable). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which acts as data processor for payment data; Codingrow does not store nor have access to full card data.
Upon payment confirmation, the license key and private Composer repository credentials are generated and emailed immediately, automatically. Digital content is therefore supplied right away, before the standard 14-day EU consumer withdrawal period would otherwise expire.
By completing the purchase and requesting instant activation, the customer expressly consents to the immediate performance of the digital content supply and acknowledges that, once performance has begun, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers no longer applies (per Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). In its place, Codingrow offers the contractual guarantee described in section 4, which is broader (30 days) and available on request with no justification needed.
The customer may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked, on their own from their account area (codingrow.com/login). The refund is processed automatically via Stripe. Once confirmed, the license is deactivated: the key held by the customer stops working (the Magento module periodically checks license status online, in addition to the offline cryptographic signature).
Support via the contact form aims to respond within 24 business hours. Support covers installation and operation of the module as described on the homepage; it does not cover customizations not included in the license (e.g. modifying the invoice PDF), for which a separate quote can be requested.
The module is provided "as is", within the limits described in the documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codingrow/Revera Srls's overall liability for any claim related to the purchase is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer, and excludes indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow such limitation (e.g. willful misconduct or gross negligence).
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumer customers, the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence applies, if in Italy or the EU; for customers acting in the course of a business, the Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.
